The Bridegroom and Wedding at Cana If there is a bridegroom and a bridal chamber then there must be a wedding, and the wedding at Cana is that wedding. Keep in mind that Paul has already told us that the Bible is allegory. Cana is just another one of those mysterious non existing geographical locations mentioned in the gospels. Of course if you Google it you will find the usual religious biblical malarkey. They have no idea where Cana is, yet they are overcome by the influence of their own religious nonsense. "Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom."--Matthew 25:1. "And five of them were wise, and five were foolish."--Matthew 25:2. When you raise the oil from the base of the spine to the pineal gland in the brain then you have anointed your head with oil, and you have oil to light your lamp. The five foolish virgins refer to the five carnal senses which are dedicated to the carnal world, and the five wise virgins refer to the five spiritual senses. The five virgins who were wise had taken the advice of Jesus and sought out the kingdom, and hence they had their oil to light their lamps. Many people have, not only, not tried to open the door to the kingdom, but have consciously sealed it solidly shut. "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."--Revelation 3:20. "And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage."--John 2:1, 2. There is a wedding at Cana of Galilee, but just who is it that is getting married? According to the Apostle Paul it is Jesus who is the bridegroom and you who are the bride. "For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ."--2Corinthians 11:2. The number three refers to new life, while Galilee is the circuitry of the brain. Perhaps nowhere in the Bible is this stated more eloquently than in the Old Testament Book of Joel: "Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet."--Joel 2:16. Here the chamber would mean the fornix of the brain and the closet would be the secreted place of meditation. It isn't necessary for you to attend a seminary school, or study at some great university for you to learn the true meanings of the Bible. "But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him."--1John 2:27. The definition of anointing is touching the head with oil or your consciousness being touched by spirit. This occurs internally in the brain, but much like with baptism the clergy has sought to replace this natural phenomena with pouring oil on the initiates head. In other words, don't listen to any ministers or gurus. Follow your own path by first seeking the kingdom, and the rest will fall into place. The concept of not allowing any man to teach you is very much an Essene concept. It is the anointing which will teach you and not your minister or guru. This same idea is also put forth in the Gospel of Matthew, "And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you."--Matthew 24:4. To deceive means to lead you astray off the right path. "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."--John 14:26. The Holy Ghost or the fire is the fourth level of consciousness on the path to the renewed mind, in my name is not literal, but means in my way or according to my teachings. "For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent."--1Corinthians 1:19. All of the secular and religious knowledge that you have gathered is worthless. "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come."--John 16:13. You should not be getting taught by any minister or preacher, but only by the Comforter which is the Holy Ghost, or the fire level of consciousness. "And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?"--Matthew 21:23. The priests and the elders questioned from where Jesus got his authority, and he in turn questions their authority. So, Jesus answers them and says if you tell me where John gets his authority then I will tell you where I get my authority. "The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or of men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say unto us, Why did ye not then believe him? But if we shall say, Of men; we fear the people; for all hold John as a prophet."--Matthew 21:25, 26. "And they answered Jesus, and said, We cannot tell. And he said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things."--Matthew 21:27. "For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes."--Matthew 7:29. It is the anointing by natural physical means which comes from heaven, the brain, and not some human ritualistic anointing. Hence Jesus' teachings are divinely inspired, and he is not someone who is simply parroting the scriptures. The ancients believed that the claustrum secreted the oil or chrism down into the body, and that very same oil is what greased the spinal column allowing the kundalini to rise up to the skull. Of course there is no anatomical evidence that this is true. "And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron's head, and anointed him, to sanctify him."--Leviticus 8:12. The anointing oil of scripture is the claustrum which is a thin, bilateral structure which connects to cortical (ex. pre-frontal cortex) and subcortical regions (ex. thalamus) of the brain. It is difficult to access and is believed to function as a conductor for inputs from the cortical regions so these respective areas do not become unsynchronized. The chrism comes from the claustrum, and another word for chrism is Christ. "...A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard. He answered and said, I will not: but afterward he repented, and went. And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir: and went not. Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you."--Matthew 21:28-31. Here Jesus derides the priests and the elders for not entering into the temple, nor allowing their parishioners to enter in either. The vineyard is an often used analogy for God's garden or the right hemisphere of the brain. "But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in."--Matthew 23:13. Your pastor wants you to believe that the only way to God is through the church. "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."--John 14:6. Rather than being the way, your pastor is the fig tree in the way blocking you from spiritual growth. It is Matthew who shows us the way. "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light."--Matthew 6:22. When you meditate you bring your eyes together, and focus up at the brow. The pineal gland normally secretes serotonin, but when you practice the single eye it also secretes melatonin which is a form of light which has healing properties. So, Jesus' teachings are not just spiritual they are also practical offering you salvation from suffering not after, but during life. "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father."--John 14:12. If you do what Jesus says then you will be able to go to the Father just as Jesus goes to the Father. "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?"--Luke 6:46. Jesus does not want people to worship him, but to obey him. "And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;"--Hebrews 5:9 "Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock."--Luke 6:47, 48. Here once again we have the reference to the rock or stone which is the pineal gland. "Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you."--John 15:14. What is it that Jesus commands you to do? "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."--Matthew 6:33. Where is the kingdom of God? "Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you."--Luke 17:21 "For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."--John 3:17, 18. Here is another one of those tricky little verses where it seems to say one thing, but actually means something else. Christians believe that all God requires is for you to believe in Jesus to be saved, but the word name has a different meaning. Do you really think that you are only supposed to believe in his name? No, name means qualities or teachings. In other words to obey Jesus and do what he commands which is to first seek the kingdom. "When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,"--John 2:9. This comes from the wedding at Cana narrative where Jesus turns water into wine. This refers to when you touch the stone, which is the pineal gland, water is turned into wine which is the divine. "And there were set there six waterpots of stone,"--John 2:6. Jesus has the water placed into six pots made of stone which means of God, with the number six referring to changing the letter of the law into the divine essence or the spirit of the law. Remember, what the Apostle Paul had to say about the letter of the law? It kills. "And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch out thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone. And Moses and Aaron did so, as the LORD commanded; and he lifted up the rod, and smote the waters that were in the river, in the sight of Pharaoh, and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood. And the fish that was in the river died; and the river stank, and the Egyptians could not drink of the water of the river; and there was blood throughout all the land of Egypt."--Exodus 7:19-21. Here the rod represents the serpent or the spinal column, "And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod. And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it."--Exodus 4:2, 3. Egypt is the lower mind to which kept the Jewish people in bondage, and the fish are known as brain food. The blood is red like the wine in the wedding at Cana which represents the divine thought of the fire or higher state of consciousness. Pharaoh plays the same role as Herod in the Christian fairytale, namely the ego. According to Christian doctrine bad people go to hell, but who are the bad people. Who is to say what is good and what is bad. Now, if bad people go to hell then it is wise to be good and do good deeds or you may just wind up in hell, but that is not what Jesus has to say. "Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests."--Matthew 22:8-10. The wedding at Cana is actually the mystical wedding of the mind with the lower physical energies from the sacrum. Those who were bidden are those who were too tied up in their religious rituals and traditions to take the time to enter into themselves. The highways refer to the higher mind, and everyone be they good or bad was invited to the wedding. "And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil."--John 3:14-19. This seems to confirm religious doctrine, but what is meant by lifted up? "He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled."--John 3:29. "He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all."--John 3:31. Here, once again, we find reference to the bridegroom or the wedding at Cana. Unless there is some unseen wedding chapel in the sky, then what the author is talking about takes place in the skull or the brain. The Origin of the Christian Gospels Now, it must be noted that while much of Christianity was lifted from the Mysteries of Mithra there also exist hints of other mystery religions as well as Buddhism. Many of the Christian sacraments are lifted from the Mysteries of Mithra like: baptism, the communion, Sunday as the holy day of the week, Jesus being born of a virgin in a cave, on December 25th the very same day that Mithra was born, of a virgin, in a cave. In both cases the birth was witnessed by shepherds. Much as Jesus is the 'Lamb of God', Mithra was EL or the flesh represented as the 'Bull of God'. While Jesus was often represented by the fish for the age of Pisces, Jesus sprung out of the age of Aries the lamb much like Mithra originated in the age of Taurus the bull. The Persian god Mithra actually had its origins in India among the Tamil people of the south as Mitra meaning friend in Sanskrit. God only knows how far back this was, but probably around the end of the age of Taurus and the advent of the age of Aries. The religion never really caught on in India and it migrated to Persia and finally had its heyday in the Mediterranean region during the early days of Christianity. It was finally destroyed by the Roman Emperor Constantine. In spite of all of their denials, all of these Christian scriptures are copied from earlier mystery religions. This fact is unwittingly asserted to by no less a Christian authority than Eusebius of Caesarea, author of the first Catholic Bible. The religion of Jesus had "...been known among all nations, nevertheless our life and our conduct, with our doctrines of religion, have not been lately invented by us, but from the first creation of man, so to speak, have been established by the natural understanding of divinely favored men of old... What then should prevent the confession that we who are of Christ practice one and the same mode of life and have one and the same religion as those divinely favored men of old? Whence it is evident that the perfect religion committed to us by the teaching of Christ is not new and strange, but, if the truth must be spoken, it is the first and the true religion"--Eusebius, 'Eccl. Hist., 1, ch iv'. This statement is a highly convoluted and contrived bit of nonsense both saying that the Christian scriptures were revealed to them by the teachings of Jesus Christ, but at the same time saying that they stemmed from the earliest religions. "All the Gospels and Epistles of Apollonius of Tyana were in what might be termed the Hebraic, or Samaritan tongue, and the Greek writers translated them,...to suit themselves."--J. M. Roberts, 'Antiquity Unveiled', testimony of Eusebius of Caesarea..."All the Epistles and Gospels are, in reality, the creation of the Christian priests"--Ibid. "The original Jesus Christ was a Hindoo god, known under the name Christos, or Krishna"--Ibid. The great Christian debater St. Augustine also concurs with this assessment. "That, in our times, is the Christian religion, which to know and follow is the most sure and certain health, called according to that name, but not according to the thing itself, of which it is the name; for the thing itself which is now called the Christian religion, really was known to the ancients, nor was wanting at any time from the beginning of the human race, until the time when Christ came in the flesh, from whence the true religion, which had previously existed, began to be called Christian; and this in our days is the Christian religion, not as having been wanting in former times, but as having in later times received this name"--St. Augustine, 'Opera Augustini, vol. i, p.12.' "Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe."--1Corinthians 1:20 ,21. It is foolish to preach about a God who you cannot know God through the intellect. Since the two great Church fathers Eusebius and St. Augustine both mention that the Christian religion was known to the then ancients, I ask one simple question, find me an ancient religion, other than Judaism, that teaches what modern day Christianity teaches as opposed to those religions which were more closely aligned with Eastern religious philosophy. There were none. Therefore, it is clear that Christianity was based on the same tenets as were many of the ancient mystery religions, but changed to align with the wants and desires of the carnal mind rather than God's plan. "He (Peter), like a noble commander of God, clad in divine armor, carried the costly merchandise of the light of the understanding from the East to those who dwelt in the West"--Eusebius, 'Church History'. Of course this is more nonsense, since it was Apollonius of Tyana (St. Paul) who was responsible for bringing the scriptures from the East to the West, and not Peter who in all probability never left Palestine. "Apollonius is the real hero of the Christian legend. He is the Paul of the Christian scriptures; and what was revealed to him... on the Isle of Patmos, makes him the John of Revelations."--J. M. Roberts, 'Antiquity Unveiled,' testimony of Hermogenes. "This thou knowest, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me; of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes."--2Timothy 1:15. This last verse refers to a split that occurs between Apollonius, Paul, and the Essene community sometime in the early to middle 60s CE. Even though the Church did everything they could to destroy every last piece of evidence of Apollonius' existence, we have more independent evidence of his existence including his date of birth and the year of his death than we do about Jesus Christ. The early Church Father Origen played a key role in the early Church. On or about the year 178 CE, the Epicurean philosopher, Celsus wrote a stinging rebuttal of Christianity known as 'The True Word.' Seventy years after its first publication it stood as an embarrassment to the Church. Finally St. Ambrosius commissioned Origen to refute the claims made by Celsus. Like most works contrary to Christianity the work is extinct. However, we do still have some of the works of Origen. "Where the word found that things done according to the history could be adapted to these mystical senses, he made use of them concealing from the multitude the deeper meaning; but where in the narrative of the development of super-sensual things, there did not follow the performance of those certain events which were already indicated by the mystical meaning, the scripture interwove in the history the account of some event that did not take place, sometimes what could not have happened; sometimes what could but did not."--Origen, 'De Principiis'. Since the true meaning of the Bible is hidden and does not exist in the parables or narrative, it is important that we move around through the scriptures. This means not staying married to any particular verse, or accepting any literal interpretation of any biblical story, in order to unlock the true meanings of the scriptures.
