The Veil was Rent Why did God instruct the children of Israel to build the temple? "The nethermost chamber was five cubits broad, and the middle was six cubits broad, and the third was seven cubits broad: for without in the wall of the house he made narrowed rests round about, that the beams should not be fastened in the walls of the house."--1Kings 6:6. What we have here is more numerology 5+6+7=18 and 1+8=9 or human consciousness. "And thou shalt make an altar of shittim wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and the height thereof shall be three cubits."Exodus 27:1. Once again we find the use of numerology. A cubit is the average length of a human forearm or c 18 inches, 5x18=90, or in numerology just plain old 9 or once again human consciousness. Foursquare means the four fold nature of man; the intellectual, the physical, the emotional, and the spiritual. "And the house, when it was in building, was built of stone made ready before it was brought thither: so that there was neither hammer nor axe nor any tool of iron heard in the house, while it was in building. The door for the middle chamber was in the right side of the house: and they went up with winding stairs into the middle chamber, and out of the middle into the third."--1Kings 6:7, 8. The use of the word stone always means made by God as opposed to made of brick which means made by man, and the house was not built by man. The sound of no tools was heard meaning the temple was built in silence as in meditation. The right side of the house refers to the right hemisphere of the brain and the winding stairs to the serpent energy or the kundalini. The third refers to the third heaven. "And he set the cherubims within the inner house: and they stretched forth the wings of the cherubims, so that the wing of the one touched the one wall, and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the midst of the house."--1Kings 6:27. Is it possible that the writers of the Bible misread cerebrum and cherubim, and that a cherubim actually refers to the human brain. ![]() "Moreover thou shalt make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet: with cherubims of cunning work shalt thou make them."--Exodus 26:1. This is the curtain or veil that the Lord designated the people of Israel to make separating the outer chamber from the inner chamber. It is this veil which corresponds to the arachnoid which was rent. "And thou shalt make an altar of shittim wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and the height thereof shall be three cubits. And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: his horns shall be of the same: and thou shalt overlay it with brass."--Exodus 27:1, 2. "Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many."--Matthew 27:50-53. Jesus the flesh died, and the veil which represents the arachnoid, or curtain, a web like filament separating the Dura Mater from the Pia Mater of the temple was rent in two so that there no longer was a separation between the left and right hemispheres of his brain. Jesus is now Christ and the dead and saints are available to him. The holy city is New Jerusalem which is above. This event represents the real resurrection, but according to the gospel narrative that doesn't happen until Matthew 28. "And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you."--Matthew 28:5-7. Galilee means circuit like the circuit of the brain. Continued Table of Contents |
