Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden
Now, let us return to Genesis. "And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?"--Genesis 3:10, 11. These verses are usually explained literally meaning that Adam and Eve were naked and now they were ashamed of what they had done so they clothed themselves. Alas, that is not what it means. Did you ever have a dream that you showed up at work or school naked? The common meaning of this dream is that your thoughts and ideas are exposed. Likewise, Adam and Eve's every thought in the Garden of Eden, or right hemisphere of the brain is exposed to God. So, they ran and hid and dwelled in the West or left hemisphere of the brain. The reason why he is called Adam is that the Hebrew word Adam signifies man as in mankind, and is not a proper name.

"And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?"--Matthew 3:24. Here is a case where religion intentionally distorts the translation to invent a reason for people to attend church awaiting the second coming of Christ. The word coming is intentionally mistranslated from the Greek word Parousia which means to 'be present, arrive to enter into a situation'. It does not mean coming as used in the sense of the 'second coming'. In Latin the word used is 'presentia'. Likewise the term 'sunteleia aion' does not mean the end of the world, but the end of the age. "Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen."--Revelation 1:7. Kindreds of the earth are those who dwell in the earth, the lowest level of consciousness, or the carnal mind will wail do to the pain and suffering associated with those who dwell on the left side of the brain. Notice it does not say eyes, but eye like as the single eye. "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light."--Matthew 6:22. It doesn't matter who you are, male or female, Black or White, good or evil. If you practice the single eye you will see him. If you don't practice you will not see him. He will not ride down from heaven on a white horse, but appear to those with a pure consciousness which is what a white horse means.

"Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value;"--Matthew 27:9. This is another passage which is in error. Jeremy refers to Jeremiah, but Jeremiah never said this. This was actually spoken by the prophet Zechariah, "And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver."--Zechariah 11:12. It is highly unlikely that the original authors made such a glaring error. It is more likely that for some reason at a later date the text was edited by some Catholic scribe who himself was not familiar with biblical texts. This was not an uncommon practice.

The Incorruptible God and the Meaning of the Number Five
"For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."--Matthew 24:27. "Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled."--Matthew 24:34. This comes from Jesus' temple prophesy in Matthew and a biblical generation is 40 years. The 'Son of man' is a term associated with the second coming of Jesus. So, according to the scriptures the second coming has already happened. It seems that the gospels, which mean 'good news of military victory', were originally written with the Roman Emperor Titus in mind as the second coming of Jesus who returned to gain retribution against the evil Jews.

"And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things."--Romans 1:23. Rather than accept the will of God, men have remade God in their own corrupt image. "Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen."--Romans 1:25. We didn't much like God so religion created a debased humanized god for man to worship. "Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:"--Romans 1:19, 20. We spend all of our time seeking out the invisible spirit when we can easily find the answers in what is visible and knowable. Instead we write things off to instinct rather than realize that there exists some unknown form of universal intelligence.

Another misunderstood or intentionally misconstrued element of the scriptures is the number five. This is represented by the five pointed star which stands for the five senses. This is illustrated in the story the Samaritan woman and the well. "There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink."--John 4:7..."Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans."--John 4:9..."The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water? Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."--John 4:11-14. Jacob was to the Samaritans as Abraham was to the Jews. The water from the well that Jesus is talking about is deep truth. "Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither. The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband: For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly."--John 4:16-18. The woman claims not to be married, but Jesus says she is not only married, but that she has five husbands. The husbands that Jesus is talking about are the five senses of the carnal mind. The woman is married to the carnal world.

"But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs: But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water."--John 19:33, 34. Why did the soldier pierce the side of Jesus with his spear? According to the Christian version of the crucifixion Jesus already had four wounds; one on each hand, and one on each foot. The spear to his side represented the fifth wound or the death to the five senses of the carnal mind. In reality no one was nailed to the cross in the manner in which Jesus is depicted to have been crucified. Of course dead men don't bleed, so the blood and water are symbolic. The blood means charity and love gained by the death of the flesh driven mind, and the water which means truth represents spiritual things of faith. Here we have the blood representing the left side, or the carnal side of the brain, with water representing Jesus' new or spiritual mind on the right side of the brain. It has nothing to do with a red body fluid.

What is the True Meaning of Circumcision?
"His disciples said to him, "Is circumcision beneficial or not?" He said to them, "If it were beneficial, their father would beget them already circumcised from their mother. Rather, the true circumcision in spirit has become completely profitable."--Thomas (53)

"Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law."--Galatians 5:2, 3. "For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love."--Galatians 5:6. Here St. Paul tells us that the mere act of genital mutilation avails us nothing. The true meaning of circumcision is the cutting away of the carnal mind not cutting away the genital organs.

"For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God."--Romans 2:28, 29. You cannot judge whether one is a Jew by physical appearance including circumcision. Circumcision here does not mean sexual mutilation as it does in so many religions. It means cutting oneself away from their carnal nature, hence a change of heart. According to Numbers 2:3 the camp of Judah is on the east side which is always on the right when you are facing due north. These are the children of light. The constant speed of light is approximately 186,400 (186,282) miles per second. "All that were numbered in the camp of Judah were an hundred thousand and fourscore thousand and six thousand and four hundred, throughout their armies."--Numbers 2:9. Those numbered in the camp of Judah comes out to 186,400. Who knew?
