The Virgin Birth
"Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us."--Matthew 1:23. This pericope is obviously lifted from Isaiah 7:14. While Christians may call this a prophesy scholars call it copying.

Another major tenet of the Christian religion is the so-called virgin birth of Jesus. The following is the birth narrative in Matthew. "Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born. And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet, And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel. Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared. And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also. When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy. And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense and myrrh."--Matthew 2:1-11.

The whole story goes something like this, the three wise men were observing the skies when they came upon this strange bright star in the nighttime sky. They realized that this meant the coming of a great king, so they set out to follow the star. Finally, they reached their destination where the star hung directly over the manger housing the baby Jesus. For some strange reason no one ever challenges how utterly ridiculous this story really is. First, the passage clearly states that they came from the east by following a star in the east. Hmm. Let's see. If you are east of Jerusalem and you follow a star in the east, you would wind up in China, not Jerusalem. Secondly, we have the three magi who are Persian by definition see the star. They then have to traverse all the way across Persia from where they are located, several hundred miles across modern day Iraq and finally across modern day Jordan before they finally reach Israel. If they were coming from Tehran this would be 1150 miles. They then have to navigate their way to Bethlehem to find the baby Jesus. Keep in mind that they most likely had to do this on camel back, a trip that would have taken weeks if not months to conclude. What we know about the stars and star alignment is that they do not maintain their orientation in the skies for long. For the moment just imagine that the skies remained constant. What would happen is that since the earth is spherical the closer you thought you were getting to the star the higher the star would appear in the night sky. Stars do not hang in the sky like Christmas ornaments, they are spherical objects which exist at some great distance from the planet earth. This whole scenario is total nonsense!

"And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way. And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him. When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt: And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son. Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men"--Matthew 2:12-16. You can find the source for this in Hosea 11:1, "When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt."

From this verse we learn that Herod had planned on killing the baby Jesus all along since he had no plans on sharing his kingdom with another ruler. Since we know that Herod the Great died in the year 4 BCE so if true this would place the birth of Jesus at, or before 4 BCE. Now, we know much like the previous quotes that there is absolutely no evidence that any of this actually ever happened. The Jews hated Herod and were upset by even his slightest transgressions, so you can bet that if such an event ever happened it would have been widely reported, but alas it is not. So, what is going on here?

Since I know that it will be difficult for most people to comprehend the underlying theology in the gospels about Jesus, I will present the very same scenario for you using a totally different set of characters. In this scenario we have Vasudeva as the husband of Devaki, and Kansa as the evil king. If these names seem unfamiliar to you it is because these are the characters in the Hindu version of the story with Devaki being the mother of Krishna.

Devaki and Vasudeva are coming home from their wedding riding in a chariot which is driven by the evil ruler Kansa who is actually Devaki's brother. According to the book of Krishna there was no seminal discharge in the impregnation of Devaki. She was impregnated through the ear much like Mary. She was impregnated not during sex, but by the Word. "He that hath ears to hear, let him hear."--Matthew 11:15. This phrase repeated over and over again throughout the gospels gives us a better idea of exactly what it was that Jesus was talking about.

Now, Vasudeva represents the mind and Devaki the emotions and according to the Egyptian rendition of the story Devaki would be IS for Isis, Vasudeva would be RA for Amen-Ra and when the two of them join together they become EL or God in you. When IS joins with RA they become ISRAEL, and Kansa who is the ego is finished. Therefore, Kansa plots to do away with Devaki's child, Hare Krishna. So, as you can see the story portrayed in the gospels is not about a man named Jesus who was born of a virgin and crucified by King Herod, but rather about the inner Christ child, and represents rebirth which occurs in the uncorrupted brain, which is often referred to as the Virgin Mary, and not in physical reality. This explains Herod's obsession with capturing and killing the baby Jesus an event which is unsubstantiated in the historical narrative.

"The original (if ever there was an original,) Jesus Christ was a Hindoo god, known under the name of Christos, or Krishna..."--J. M. Roberts, 'Antiquity Unveiled', testimony of Eusebius of Caesarea.

Notice that the Three Wise Men came from the east, and they followed the star in the east which led them to Jerusalem. Metaphorically the east always represents the right or spiritual hemisphere of the brain as does Jerusalem. Egypt represents the left hemisphere. So, Mary and Joseph take the infant Christ consciousness and flee to hide the child from the ego, King Herod. The slaughter of the innocents like so much of the Christian scriptures is copied from the birth narrative of Hare Krishna. "And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east:"--Ezekiel 43:2. What the story is telling us is that wisdom always comes from the east or the right hemisphere of the brain and will help us locate the Christ within.

"And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men."--Matthew 22:16.

During the time of Jesus it is estimated that there were about 24 different Jewish sects. So, why does Jesus choose to only condemn the Pharisee? Because the Pharisee were, not only, the largest sect of his day, but they were also the ones most closely associated with Temple worship. In other words they were the outwardly religious people of that day. "And the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him."--Mark 3:6.

"And they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, to catch him in his words."--Mark 12:13. What we have here are religious people or the Pharisee conspiring with the secular Herodians to try and kill the Christ child. Interpreting Pharisee to mean the Jews makes the whole story anti-Semitic.

Jesus is born on December 25th which is in Capricorn, hence all the farm animals in the manger. Thirty years after Jesus was born he is baptized by the water god, EA, John the Baptist. Thirty days after the Sun is born we enter into the sign of Aquarius or the water bearer. After that Jesus goes on to select his disciples from the fishermen which is the sign of Pisces. Jesus is known as the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the World. In the spring we enter into the sign of Aries or the lamb which takes away the cold of winter. "An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee."--Exodus 20:24. The Old Testament is filled with burnt offerings, but what does the term actually mean. At the advent of spring the fire of the Sun rises up in the sky and consumes Aries the Lamb of God, or the pineal gland which represents the Christ within you, which is the biblical burnt offering. The farm animals represent thoughts which have grown out of the left hemisphere of the brain which must be released.

In your abdomen sits the solar plexus which is the place of the Sun and in meditation when the energy starts to rise it crucifies the lower flesh and you rise up to the pineal gland which is the symbol of Aries which opens up the right hemisphere of the brain allowing the peace and tranquility of summer to come into your life. By August it becomes Leo the king of kings, only once again to begin its descent into the darkness and cold of winter.

"I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:"--Matthew 3:11. Here John is referring to the stages of consciousness: earth, water which means the mystic truth, air where there is no thought, and fire, or the Holy Ghost, and finally the renewed mind. In Sumeria baptism had its origin with the Chaldean water god known as EA. In Greek EA is Oannes and in Latin Ioannes and in English it is 'John'. Therefore John is the water god and Jesus '888' is the Sun or the fire god. Baptism, which was a pagan ritual, spread first to the followers of the Buddha, the ancient mystery religions, then to the Essene and finally the Nazoreans. Baptism was not a Jewish ritual. According to the Talmud "Jesus was inspired by the genius or regent of Mercury." In Hindi Mercury translates as Budha. This is not a typo. This is the way it is spelled in Hindi.

"Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?"--John 3:4. "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."--John 3:5. In other words if a person does not raise their level of consciousness through the water and the spirit which is represented by fire they cannot enter into the kingdom. "That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit."--John 3:6.

"But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his."--Romans 8:9. Unless you have passed through the water and the fire you are not of God, and these are the levels of consciousness not the physical substances of water and fire. Baptism does not mean dipping your head in water. "The name Essene is Phoenician, and meant Sun baptism, or fire baptism."--J. M. Roberts, 'Antiquity Unveiled', testimony of Damis. "And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:"--Colossians 3:10. Hence you now have the true mind of God without the separation which exists in the left hemisphere.
