How was the Bible Written?
When the priests first wrote the scriptures they did not want just anyone to be able to pick up the manuscripts and be able to read and understand what they had written, so they utilized various methods of obscuring the messages contained in the various biblical stories. In order to understand the Bible you have to be able to read it through the eyes of the ancients who wrote it. So it is important to know exactly what they understood these verses to mean, and not what they mean to modern man. Therefore, before we start there are several tools that you will need to understand what you are reading. First, you may have heard about Eastern Religious Philosophy which refers to kundalini and chakras, but the Greeks had their own five step system which goes as follows:
There were numerous other renewal systems like the Kabbalah, Egyptian Kemetic Yoga, or Tibetan Yoga which are somewhat similar to the Indian system, but in the Greek system there are no chakras. So, as you can see when Augustine talks about Christianity being ancient he could only be referring to these many systems of renewal which have nothing to do with modern day Christianity. I suggest you keep these levels in mind as you read the rest of the material. It will come up often. One method used to disguise the true meanings of scripture is the use of code words. The meanings of these names or words can be found in numerous Christian dictionaries. For the most part you cannot find the true meanings by googling them. The reason for this is that religious doctrine usually overwhelms these search engines. This explains why religion, which is of the flesh and the carnal mind doesn't work and can never work. Strangely enough even though your priest or minister has this information at their fingertips yet they choose not to tell their parishioners. You cannot sing your way, bake your way, cook your way, drink your way, dress your way, or pray your way into heaven. There are no activities of the carnal mind, which includes the intellect, that work.
There is a system that you have to understand which is called the 'Four Fold Nature of Man'. "Yet the LORD would not destroy Judah for David his servant's sake, as he promised him to give him alway a light, and to his children."--2Kings 8:19. The Lord promised to always maintain the light in the right hemisphere of the brain. The following illustration diagrams what is laid out in Numbers 2. So, when the scriptures talk about Jews they are not referring to a race of people who live in Israel or who follow a certain religion, but about people who have raised their level of consciousness and are now camping in the right hemisphere of their brains.

The number of people in the camp of Judah alone was 186,400 which far exceeded the population of Israel at that time.
Yet another system that you should be familiar with is numerology. Gematria is an Assyro-Babylonian system of numerology later adopted by the Jews that assigns a numerical value to a word or phrase in the belief that words or phrases with identical numerical values bear some relation to each other or bear some relation to the number itself as it may apply to a person's age, the calendar year, or the like.
In Greek, as in Hebrew, there are no numbers. Instead each character has a numerical value. The characters are layered in tiers with the highest numbered characters being expressed as 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, the next level of characters are numbered 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10; and finally the lowest level of characters are numbered 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. According to numerology each row adds up to 9, so when you add all the numbers in the top row you get 3600, in the second row you get 360, in the third row you get 36, and according to numerology 3+6=9. If you add all the number together you get 3996 and 3+9=12+9=21+6=27 and 2+7=9 or the number corresponding to human consciousness.
Using this method Jesus is '888', which is everything, and also corresponds to the Sun which is also '888'. So, in Matthew 3:16 when it says, "And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:" it does not mean that a bird landed on Jesus. In Greek the numerological value of the Greek word for dove is '801', which of course also adds up to 9. So in Revelations when it reads "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."--Revelation 1:8, it simply means that 'I am' which means God is the beginning and the end of everything including the Greek alphabet. Notice the number of the verse, '8:1'. That is not a coincidence. The number '8' stands for separation, and '1' stands for God, and of course 1+8=9.

The closest we can come to spirit would be energy. The spirit is a part of every being, but there are no spirits or sprites flying around. Most particles have a mass, and also a wave function which would be akin to spirit. Likewise there are no angels flying around. The word angel did not exist at the time the scriptures were written. The word in question was angle meaning an angle of light, and it wasn't till the Middle Ages that they created two different words, one being an angle, and the other an angel.)
Carbon is the key ingredient of life on earth. A carbon atom contains 6 protons, 6 neutrons and 6 electrons. So, carbon is identified by the number 666 which is the sign of the beast, therefore you are the beast. When you add 6+6 you get 12 +6=18 and in numerology 1+8=9 or human consciousness.
"Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No." Christians will tell you that this proves that Jesus ate meat, but in this usage it has nothing to do with animal flesh, but the deep inner desire to know God. So, what Jesus is saying is, "Have you no desire to know God?"
"And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes"--John 21:6. "Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three:"--John 21:11. Do you really think it matters how many fish were caught? Do you think someone stood there counting every single fish. The number 153 is symbolic. Jesus is telling his followers to cast their nets to the right side, or the spiritual mind in the east or on the right side of the brain since according to numerology 1, which is God+5, which is mediation or meditation+3, which is new life or resurrection=9 which is human consciousness.
"And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be holy unto the LORD;"--Jeremiah 31:40. The word horse is generally interpreted to mean a conscious spiritual understanding of the Word.
I had a dream that I was canoeing down a small river at dawn, and the Sun was immediately before me, and bright in my eyes. In the near distance I could make out the shape of a canoe and two fishermen on the water. They had spread out a net to effectively dam off the water in order to catch fish. I thought that this was highly irregular and illegal. When I awoke I realized that the Sun was the light of God and the water was divine truth which these fishers of men had damned off in order to capture members for their congregation. "And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men."--Mark 1:17. This is how the Christian church has used deception to capture their flock by cherry picking the Bible to conceal the fact that Jesus does not agree with them.
According to Eastern philosophy the coiled serpent sits at the base of the spine and is wrapped around 3.5 times, and it is where the serpent energy is located. This is why the great Indian sage Patanjali is often depicted with his lower torso as a serpent coiled 3.5 times. Psychologically it is the home of the ego. Three times the 360 degrees of the zodiac equals 1,080 or 1+8=9. If you multiply 360 by .5 you get 180 or 1+8=9. "And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth."--Revelation 11:3. This equates to 1,260 or 1+2=3+6=9. This is why in the Gospel of John, Jesus' ministry lasts three and a half years while in the Synoptic Gospels it lasts only one year or the perfect year of the Lord or should we say one full year of the zodiac. The whole Bible is based on this or some variant of this.

Therefore, whenever you see a verse which refers to the number three it means new life, the number four refers to the four fold nature of man. When you see a biblical verse pertaining to the number seven it means divine intervention and so forth. "And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams' horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets."--Joshua 6:4. Here Joshua is seeking divine intervention. By the way the ancient city of Jericho has been uncovered and the wall is still standing. Usually the literal interpretation is meaningless. This was the intention of the biblical authors.
According to Australian historian and theologian Barbara Thiering there are also hidden passages in the scriptures known as peshers. This occurs most often in the gospels, but not so much if at all in the Pauline Epistles. This is because the epistles were written before the time of Roman intervention in the scriptures and the fledgling religion which took place under the Flavians. The use of peshers in the gospels strongly supports my theory that the original gospels were written by Apollonius of Tyana who was a student of Greek Pythagorean philosophy, and Pythagoras was the father of the pesher. Ms. Thiering's works are often disparaged due to the numerous biblical redactions which have taken place through the ages which of course would change the meaning of the peshers.
As an illustration of the Greek system, let us follow Jesus through his passion story. Jesus starts, like most of us, on earth, he is then baptized which takes him to level two. Then according to Matthew 17:11 he climbs a mountain, which often serves as a symbol for air, and is transfigured, level three. After this he is captured crucified, he descends into hell, and we all know what you are going to find there, fire, or level four. On the third day, three meaning new life, resurrection, he is reborn into his new life, or renewed mind. On the other hand Christians claim that Jesus was the 'Son of God', they even have the audacity to claim that he is God. However, this is not what it says in the gospels. Both the Gospel of Luke and the Gospel of Matthew spend a whole chapter laying out Jesus' lineage. They do this to establish that Jesus was a son of the House of David, which he would have to be to be the Jewish Messiah, but if Jesus is a son of David then he cannot be the 'Son of God', and if he is the 'Son of God' then he cannot be the Jewish Messiah.
In the New Testament the Gospel of Matthew attempts to anoint Jesus as the new Moses, while both follow the Greek system of enlightenment:
The Bible is not an historical document about the plight of the Jews, or the crucifixion of the Son of God, but rather a book of Eastern Mysticism concerning the corrupt mind. You may ask yourself, how I can make such an outrageous statement.
